What is Priority membership?

For ₦1,000 per month, Priority members get 24-hour advance access to sales and special invitations to monthly promotions. To sign up, click here. You will be billed immediately for your first month of Priority membership. Your billing cycle will start on the first day of membership and your credit card will be automatically billed each month.

How do I cancel my Priority membership?

We will always send you a confirmation email before charging so you can cancel at will.

What are Luxury and Non luxury and High sale items?

Luxury items are all items MARKED AS (TOP BRAND)

Non Luxury items are all items NOT MARKED AS (TOP BRAND)

High Sale items: All items (luxury and non luxury) sold at 40% or more off the sale price, and items sold in our final sale cannot be returned for any reason.

 

Jerepage reserves the right to categorize items based on brand and original retail value. Sellers will be informed following items inspection, if their items qualify as Luxury item.

Can I return a purchased item?

With the exception of items listed/described as High Sale Items*,**Luxury items are eligible for returns provided that buyer is returning solely on grounds of brand authenticity dispute with valid proof of claim****. This is the only eligible grounds for Item returns.

Items which do not qualify for returns are however eligible for resale consideration in which case, the buyer becomes the seller and subject to the Jerepage/ Seller Consignment terms and conditions. Click here to learn more about selling your items with  Jerepage.

Jerepage operates a NO REFUND policy for all Non luxury items.

Items sold can only be returned for resale via Jerepage sale platform in which case the buyer becomes the seller and transaction shall be subject to Seller/ Jerepage Consignment terms and condition. Click here to learn more about selling your items with  Jerepage.

Where buyer requests to return items claiming misinterpretation / misconception of item condition or state, Jerepage may at its sole discretion, accept the return as a resale item in which case the buyer becomes the seller and transaction shall be subject to Jerepage/ Seller consignment terms and condition.

Can I return an item if it is different from what was displayed by Seller on Jerepage.com?

Jerepage is committed to Buyer satisfaction and our business thrives on Trust and Quality Assurance. Our Seller/ Jerepage Consignment Agreement mandate both parties to deliver the exact product as displayed and purchased on Jerepage website. Breach of this term will entitle Buyer to request a refund and make the defaulting party liable to associated cost which includes, refund and or compensation to the Buyer.

How will purchased gift cards be redeemed?

Jerepage will send your purchased gift card with a unique code to your advised mail recipient. This can be redeemed on Jerepage.com at check out by entering the code in provided column. Voucher value will be net off invoice value with any outstanding balance added to Buyer and visible on Buyer account.

How do I redeem my purchased service Voucher?

To redeem your voucher, print out your Jerepage Golden Ticket with your purchase receipt. Take this along with a valid identity card to the service centre.

How do I return an item that qualifies for refund?

Where your returned item qualifies for refund, you will receive an email once your  returned item has been received. You can track the status of your return by referring to My Orders in My Account . Once completed and where applicable, the evidence you provided to dispute item authenticity is reviewed and validated by Jerepage, we will refund you for your purchase via payment into your registered account. Please allow up to 2 (two) weeks for review, re-authentication and response/payment.

Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. We want to deliver your item as soon as possible, so we process orders in real time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process. This usually occurs within 30 minutes during business hours. Can I resell a purchased item?

Can I buy a Gift Card?

Yes, you can buy a gift card in the amount of your choice here. Gift Cards can only be sent directly to recipients by email.

What is Jerepage’s standard delivery Period?

Jerepage Standard Delivery Period (SDP) is as advised in your invoice as checkout usually 2-3 days. For Large items, default option is for buyer to pick up from advised location within SDP after which Buyer will be charged additional cost per day for pick up delay. Risk of loss/ damage shall pass to Buyer on expiration of SDT. However, Buyer may make special request for Jerepage to arrange delivery at cost to be borne by Buyer in which case, Item will be dispatched on payment of additional cost as advised.SDT will be confirmed following request receipt.

What are my delivery Options?

Regular size items will be delivered within Jerepage’s Standard Delivery Period. For Large items, Buyer will be responsible for pick up. However, Buyer may request for Jerepage to arrange delivery at cost to be borne by Buyer in which case, Item will be dispatched on payment of additional cost as advised.

Why does my cart expire after 20 minutes?

We allow you to hold items in your cart for 20 minutes so you can consider your purchase and continue shopping. We aim to allow all shoppers the chance to buy their favorite items, and because there is only one of each item on Jerepage, we cannot allow items to be held indefinitely. To bookmark items you are interested in purchasing, you can add them to your wishlist by clicking the heart icon next to the item.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

Can international customers pay with their internationally-issued cards?

Do goods come with paperwork and original packaging?

Many of our goods come with original tags, boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards. When available, the original packaging will be mentioned in the item description.

Which international currencies do you accept for payment?

Why was my Seller membership request denied/ suspended/terminated?

Jerepage reserves the right to deny, restrict or terminate access to users ( buyers/ sellers)where such sellers fail to meet the terms and conditions for membership eligibility & User Account.

Are all items inspected before approved for upload on jerepage?

Jerepage will inspect all items prior to displaying on our site and once authenticated and approved for display, the product shall be in the custody of Jerepage until sold. However, with established top rated Sellers, Jerepage may at its discretion allow direct upload of product and may also agree to seller retaining custody until product is sold. 

How do I become a jerepage seller?

Click on the ‘sell with us’ tab at the top of the page and fill the membership registration form. Jerepage will review details and you will receive a confirmation of membership and a unique seller ID number which you will need to login and access the goods and services sale forms.

Who pays for item delivery to buyer?

Can I withdraw an item from jerepage after upload on site?

At any time during the Consignment Period, and subject to this provision, you may request in writing that Jerepage return the item (a “Return Request”), so long as the item has not already been Sold. Once Jerepage receives your Return Request, it will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove the item from Jerepage.com (the “Site”) and from any of our third party outlet store locations if applicable, before it is sold. It is your responsibility to ensure that Jerepage has your most current contact information and mailing address. What is my commission on sale price?

For new Sellers, a starting Commission Rate provided below shall apply within your first Commission Window:

  • 85% Seller commission will apply for any item priced​ ₦100,000 and above
  • 80% Seller commission will apply for any item priced under ₦100,000

After the end of the first Commission Window and after the end of each Commission Window thereafter, your starting Commission Rate for the next Commission Window will be set at the highest Commission Rate you achieved in the previous Commission Window per the current Commission table.

Are all items eligible for auction?

No. Jerepage will review auction request to determine eligibility based on value, category, uniqueness, popularity etc.

What qualifies as a Large item?

Any item which would require large vehicle dispatch due to weight and or dimensions.

How do I estimate reasonable price for my used Product?

You can base on the price at which you purchased the product, current relevance, current/ appreciated value/price, brand popularity/strength, market availability and uniqueness. You must factor applicable Sales tax (VAT) which will be deducted by Jerepage prior to calculation of your commission. Failure or omission will impact value of your commission.

Who determines the sale price?

Jerepage in its sole discretion will determine the initial selling price for each item of Product (the “Initial Sale Price”​) based on its evaluation of that item and backup documentation provided, together with its determination of the current market price for that item; Jerepage will however consider your desired sale price in its final determination and notify you of any value revisions prior to uploading on our site.

Who holds the Product prior to Sale?

There are 3 Seller to Buyer Product Transfer options:

1) Seller holds and Jerepage collects post sale to dispatch to Buyer. Guidelines and Conditions Apply.

2) Jerepage holds until sale and dispatches to Buyer.

3) Buyer dispatches directly to Seller (only for items with free delivery option Guidelines and Conditions Apply.

You will be asked to select preferred option on the Sales Form. However, final determination rests with Jerepage.

By registering to sell with us, you have agreed by terms and conditions of **Jerepage/ Seller Consignment Agreement, to keep product on  Jerepage website for no less than 30 days (business Sellers) and 60 days (individual Sellers). Notwithstanding contractual duration. Notwithstanding, at any time during the Consignment Period, and subject to this provision, you may request in writing that Jerepage return the item (a “Return Request”), so long as the item has not already been sold. Once Jerepage receives your Return Request, it will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove the item from Jerepage.com (the “Site”) before it is sold. It is your responsibility to ensure that Jerepage has your most current contact information and mailing address. Charges may apply. Liability for early withdrawal shall apply as provided under Section 5 of the Agreement, unless waived by Jerepage.

If after sale of the product, you are unable to provide purchased product to Buyer, you will be liable for breach of Section 2 of the Agreement terms and condition and Jerepage shall be entitled to compensation for associated loss and /or termination of the Agreement. How long will my product be displayed on Jerepage?

The “Consignment Period​” for each item of Product begins on the date Jerepage accepts the item for consignment and ends 30 days thereafter (for business sellers) and 90 days thereafter for individual Sellers, even if this Agreement has been terminated during that time by you or Jerepage. At any time during the Consignment Period, and subject to this provision, you may request in writing that Jerepage return the item (a “​Return Request​”), so long as the item has not already been Sold.

Who is responsible for Sales and Promotion?

Jerepage shall make reasonable effort to promote sales and cover associated costs. Where for any reason discounted rates are applied, paid promotions for specific products may not be feasible however Jerepage shall continue to promote site to attract Buyers. Sellers should also make effort to promote their products and refer Buyers to Jerepage.com for offered discounts, exclusive sales and promotional packages. This will help to increase brand and product awareness and trust.

Should I submit all my products for Upload Jerepage.com?

You are at liberty to select what and how many products to submit to Jerepage. All submissions are subject to review and approval. You are advised to base your selection on special offers, discounted sale, new arrivals, exclusive offers/products to boost sales. Jerepage aims to sell below or at market price where feasible. We will work with you to strike a healthy balance by ensuring that product Sale price is competitive and good value for money and your commission within your desired range.
