Where your returned item qualifies for refund, you will receive an email once your returned item has been received. You can track the status of your return by referring to My Orders in My Account. Once completed and where applicable, the evidence you provided to dispute item authenticity is reviewed and validated by Jerepage, we will refund you for your purchase via payment into your registered account. Please allow up to 2 (two) weeks for review, re-authentication and response/payment. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers. Orders can be cancelled at any time before receipt of order confirmation after which orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us directly at Support@jerepage.com. We will send an email to confirm cancellation. Please note that items in our High sale will not be eligible for cancellation once order is confirmed. All other items are not eligible for cancellation once dispatched.
